How It Works:
ADR’s Workforce Monitor is a monthly subscription that uses RFID tags affixed to construction helmets or badges to track laborers as they enter and exit construction sites through designated entry points where self-sustained portals load this data into the Cloud. This labor presence information can be monitored in real-time from any internet enabled device and stakeholders can then generate customizable reports.
Workforce Monitor’s Monthly Subscription Includes:
1,000 RFID Tags
All Data Entry
Real-time Access to Labor Presence From Any Device
ADR’s dynamic Workforce Monitoring Software utilizes sophisticated network communications protocols and a proprietary business process to monitor and report on manpower traffic through controlled access points at commercial construction sites. These access points are referred to as portals in the ADR Workforce Monitor service.
ADR’s patent-pending Workforce Monitoring Portals provide a durable, reliable and turn-key monitoring platform that can be provisioned and operational in as little as seventy-two hours from order. Workforce Portals use a modular, self-sufficient architecture so that each Portal can operate independent of wired Internet connectivity or permanent electricity. This allows Workforce Monitor to be deployed to job sites at the beginning of a project so that data can be collected from the first day manpower is on the site. Now, ADR can also provide Mobile Monitoring using Handheld RFID Scanners.
RFID as the Edge
ADR’s Workforce Monitor utilizes passive monitoring systems, including RFID (radio frequency identification device) technology, to provide subscribers with inexpensive, easy to manage and reliable monitoring systems. Small RFID-enabled stickers with unique serial numbers are affixed to hard hats and ID badges by the general contractor. ADR does the rest.
No Strings Attached
ADR’s Workforce Reporting Application is 100% web based so it requires only an Internet connection and a browser to monitor the manpower hours being logged at your site. From anywhere with any web-device you can see who’s on site and how many hours have been logged for any given time period.
What Workforce Monitor Will Do For You:
Workforce Monitor provides access to real-time information about who is currently on-site and who was on-site at any given time throughout the day. Your ADR Dashboard gives you instant information about your labor and tells you if you have enough workers on the job to complete the day’s tasks and keep you on schedule.
Automated Daily Reporting
Workforce Monitor automatically tracks your labor – you can focus on the work at hand rather than performing tedious daily head counts. ADR produces your daily construction reports both for internal and external consumption. Whether it’s a printed report or an Excel spreadsheet, information on one shift or a data on a full month’s work, an individual detail or a project summary, Workforce Monitor instantly generates your documentation.
Government and Economic Incentive Program Compliance
With ADR on the job, you don’t just know who is on site, you know the make-up of your workforce. Use ADR’s compliance reports to see the composition of your workforce broken down by zip code, gender, ethnicity, minority ownership, disadvantaged business enterprise designation and more.
When it comes to Davis-Bacon compliance, ADR has you covered. Report, analyze and validate your claims with detailed tracking of your labor by job classification and rate.
Enter a schedule for every subcontractor and every job title within that subcontractor to get daily updates on whether teams are meeting manpower schedules. For example, input subcontractor scheduling in Workforce Monitor for twenty resources per day, six days per week for ten weeks at eight hours each day. ADR will generate real-time automated updates on the progress of that subcontractor’s consumption of their 9600 scheduled labor hours. Workforce Monitor can report manpower schedule progress by job titles and other demographics to provide a further detailed breakdown of subcontractor efficiency.
Once an individual is assigned a tag and entered into the system, Workforce Monitor can generate text alerts to multiple phones when that individual enters any ADR monitored job site. Project teams know immediately if an unwanted individual comes back on-site or if the owner shows up for a spot inspection.
Enter free-form text notes for every subcontractor associated with a job. ADR can automatically integrate those notes with your quantified manpower data in your automated daily construction reports.
Overtime, change orders and Job Closeout
ADR never gets tired of monitoring labor and never complains about reporting on those hours. ADR’s information is timely and accurate so you can make business decisions in real-time when they really matter. No more being hit with change orders that you can’t validate or dispute. No more overtime request authorizations without back-up and corroboration of hours. When it comes time to reconcile your account with the owner, ADR is there to provide information and protect you from unsubstantiated delay claims.
Export Your Data
It’s your data – slice and dice it as you need. Export your data to Excel to easily manipulate it and feed it into other systems.
No Upfront Capital Cost or Additional IT Requirements
ADR brings the equipment to you when you’re ready to start labor monitoring and takes the equipment away when the job is completed. You have no upfront cost. No IT resources are required to run the ADR system and no overhead drag exists between jobs.
